Travelled up to London St Pancras on 27th June and returned on the 29th June from London kings Cross.
On Thursday 27th June I spent two hours at Acton Main Line(saw 12 freight trains), then two hours at Bethnal Green.
On 28th June had 90 minutes at Willesden Junction, followed by 90 minutes at Acton Main Line then to Barking via liverpool street/Stratford/Gospel Oak for one hour,then to Bethnal Green for 44 minutes,30 minutes at Acton Main Line then back to the Premier inn at Hayes and Harlington
On 29th June travelled into London on Elizabeth Line, tube to Charing Cross then on to Tonbridge to visit the Engineers Yard, stayed here about 45 minutes then back to London Bridge for approx one hour, tube to Kings Cross St Pancras and returned to Yorkshire on the 19.03, upgraded to Ist Class and was well fed and watered.
Finally if you want a good breakfast try Acton Cafe, visited there on both mornings 28th and 29th very filling and as London prices go very cheap
